First Post !

hey guyzzz, welcome to The Throw Away Style! This is a blog dedicated to my daily musings, rants, and ramblings usually involving fashion, make up, music, and the like. Periodically I'll post pics of whatever I'm doing on the weekends so you can get sense of my personal style and see what I'm all about. I thought this would be a great time to kick off this blog seeing as to how the Spring 2011 Couture shows came out -- I'll leave ya with some pics of my favorite stuff (from the John Paul Gaultier show, I can't get enough of this collection). 

This jacket is what dreams are made of! .. My dreams, that is.

The dress also came in black, but I thought this soft pink was a much needed contrast

As stated previously -- a lot of black. This dress was unlike anything else in the collection. Very Psychedelic!

I loved the over all look of this outfit. Almost appears as if its decomposing with all the rips and tears! 

The feathered mohawks, torn fishnets, and black patent heels were the perfect accessories to this punk inspired collection. The clothes were absolutely wonderful, but technically impressive as well -- Gaultier is a brilliant tailor (as evident by that first jacket).
